What this page collects

When you make a booking, we collect the name, optional note and optional suggested location you enter, together with the booking type and time you choose. These details are added to Ely's Google Calendar so he can manage the appointment.

Optional calendar comparison

If you choose to compare your Google Calendar, the page requests permission to check when your primary calendar is busy. It does not request or display event names, descriptions, attendees, locations or notes.

Your Google access token is encrypted in a secure browser cookie, used only during the booking session and expires within one hour. It is removed when the compared booking is completed. We do not store a permanent connection to your Google account.

Sharing and retention

Booking information is not sold or used for advertising. It is processed only by the services needed to operate the booking page and calendar. Calendar free/busy information is used momentarily to calculate compatible times and is not retained.

Your choice

Connecting your Google Calendar is optional. You can book without connecting it, stop comparing at any time, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions.
